  Dined here a handful of times since it opened. Great service & awesome sushi with some creative touches. Love the spicy edamame, Spanish Fly roll, and of course the crab rangoon! They also have super fresh mochi ice cream!
  
  My last visit was the first time I ordered something I didn't like, the Nasu tempura (egg plant). The portion was huge, but unfortunately we found it lacking in flavor and only had a few pieces. Our server promptly noticed this and we were comped. In tasting over half the menu, this was the first item I didn't like.

  This place had amazing reviews and I wanted to love it so much, but our experience here was simply average.
  
  We came here on a weekend for happy hour, wanting to cap our day with a light dinner. I'm a huge sashimi/nigiri fan so I was pleased they offered an array of both those options.
  
  Our apps were simple - miso soup and crispy brussel sprouts. My wife liked the brussel sprouts well enough but I found the miso soup to be a little off. It didn't have as strong a miso flavor as I am used to and I found a single lone cube of tofu floating in the abyss of the soup.
  
  For entrees we got the veggie rolls and truffle salmon with a side of sticky rice. The veggie rolls we're good but nothing spectacular (to be fair, there's only so much you can do with a veggie roll). The truffle salmon was good, but nothing particularly remarkable. The salmon had good texture and subtle flavoring, but some of the pieces were a little gummy.
  
  I do like the insert on their menu explaining where each variety of fish is obtained from and their overall commitment to sourcing fish in the most humane, evironmentally sustainable way as possible.
  
  Above all though, the service was just incredibly subpar. Our server seemed completely disinterested and kept disappearing for long stretches of time. Each time we ordered something or made a request something was inevitably forgotten and had to be brought back up when the server came back without it. She just seemed kinda spaced out and couldn't answer any of our questions, not did she seem inclined to ask anyone else for us. The place was also pretty empty when we were in there (it was 4:30 so not quite prime dinner time) but we had to keep flagging her down and re-asking for things that she'd completely forgotten about.  
  
  All in all, the food was ok. I don't think I'd come here during a time that wasn't happy hour and pay full price. The food and service, to me, just didn't seem to measure up.

  Absolutely loved happy hour on their patio. We ordered lettuce wraps and some rolls. We also had a kiddo that ordered a bento box with shrimp tempura.
  
  Sushi was fresh and tasty. It was a great price for happy hour.
  
  Excited for this new place at Crocker.

  Fantastic place, wasn't sure what to expect going in.  The exterior made it seem like I probably should have come back wearing something other than sweatpants (I probably should have).  Glad I went in though, they had a phenomenal happy hour, extremely reasonably priced rolls/appetizers and drinks.  Everything I had was delicious, and the portions were quite generous.  Will definitely be going back soon!

  Great modern sushi place! My friend and I were craving sushi and she wanted to try this place out a second time since her first experience was not so pleseant.
  
  Upon entering we were greeted by a hostess and they seated us immediately. We sat in their enclosed patio area and could see the pretty parking garage and sunset. Our waiter came by soon after asking us for drinks to start. We decided to stick to just water and they brought it out with a slice of cucumber which was a nice twist than a slice of lemon.
  
  We were given opportunity to view the menu and i picked a variety of sashima and nigiri pieces.  My friend ordered some vegan items as shes vegetarian and they didnt have "vegetarian" options. The food was definitely delicious. I would absolutely go back for the food. The service was mediocre only because when I ordered Uni and expressed how excited I was to the waiter. It wasnt until my food was brought out that he told me there was no uni. I was really disappointed he waited until the food came out to tell me. I will give him that pacing the food from appretizers of mango crab ragoons, miso soup and shishito peppers was very good and there was never any dirty dishes left on our table to build up throughout the meal.
  
  Overall we ordered a good amount of food. We asked for the dessert menu and ordered 3 flavors of mochi ice cream. I had asked for chocolate, mango and the seasonal flavor coconut. When it finally came out, the mochi wasnt cut to share and the coconut wasnt on the plate but it wasn't until a few minutes later that we were cutting into one of then mochis that our waiter told us it wasnt coconut, it was green tea. He asked us if we liked it and if we wanted the lychee flavor instead but we had already cut and eaten the green tea mochi. We still got the lychee mochi was was delicious. I feel like the mochi was thawed for too long because they were hard to cut and melting. Only the chocolate one was not hard to cut to share.
  
  Its a great place for a date or girls night. I would suggest that the wait staff communicate to customers better if they dont have the food item thats being ordered so knowing the menu by heart on the daily and knowing whats not on the menu. Thankfully we were not charged for the mochi because I was not wanting to pay for a mochi that wasn't given to me.
